Am I the only one who feels like canceling an order shouldn’t take that long? It wasn’t a huge hassle or anything, and they did cancel it eventually, but it definitely took a while

I ordered a textbook from eFollett because the site said it would get here before my class started. To be fair, I probably should’ve given myself more of a buffer, but I was juggling a bunch of other stuff and trusted the delivery estimate. The tracking barely updated, and the arrival date just kept getting pushed back.
When I contacted customer service, they basically just told me to wait, which wasn’t really helpful since I needed the book for class. It finally showed up way too late, and I had to borrow a copy in the meantime. Maybe I’m partly to blame for not having a backup plan, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a specific date.

I was relieved by how easy it was to find the books I wanted. Checkout went smoothly too, which made the whole thing feel simple and stress-free. The only little frustration was that the filters were a bit slow to load at times, but overall I had a good experience and would use the site again

I tried using a discount code on eFollett and wasn’t sure it was going to go through at first. It took a couple of tries before it applied correctly, but it ended up working. Saved a little on my order, which was a nice surprise, so I’m happy with it overall...

I did get my order and everything was fine, but the shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed while waiting for it to show up.

I keep trying to log in and it keeps telling me my password is wrong, which is weird because I’m sure it’s the right one. I tried the reset link too, but that took forever to show up, so that was not great. I just wanted to check my order info real quick, and instead it became this whole annoying thing.

I ordered a hoodie and a book for in-store pickup, and the website said it would be ready the same day. I was expecting to grab it quickly, but I didn’t get the pickup email until the next afternoon.

The actual pickup was okay overall. The cashier was friendly, but they had to search around for my order for a little bit and asked me for my order number twice, so it felt a little disorganized, not sure how to explain it.

It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not as smooth as I hoped. I’d probably use it again if I needed campus stuff, but I wouldn’t rely on it if I was in a hurry.

I tried selling a few of my books back on bkstr.com, and the offer was so low it felt pointless. The books were in good condition too, so I expected at least a little more than a couple dollars. After getting through the process, I didn’t really trust that it would be worth it after payment either, like I’d ship everything out and end up with barely anything. Just not worth the time or the hassle.

I had to enter my shipping info twice, and the payment page kept freezing on me. My order did finally go through, but wow, the whole checkout process felt clunky and kind of stressful!!

I’ve been waiting over two weeks for my refund and still haven’t seen anything. At this point, what a joke. It really shouldn’t take this long to get my money back.

It’s really helpful for students and does what you need, but the costs can add up quickly. I wouldn’t call it super cheap, but it’s still useful overall
